Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. We offer free shipping on orders over $150.

We don't ship to other countries at the moment, but we're working to expand our shipping network so we can deliver our products to more countries and customers in the future. Customs and Import Taxes

All Naomi Jewelry pieces are shipped from Korea. Depending on your country’s customs regulations, duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery. We’ve prepared a guide so you’ll know exactly what to expect:

What are the Shipping Fees and Delivery Timeline?

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $150. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of $35 applies to international orders, while domestic shipping is free. The shipping fee is based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts, and is non-refundable.
  • Delivery times shown do not include the order processing period. All items are made to order, and the crafting time typically takes 5 to 10 business days. If there are any delays, we will inform you by email.
  • Orders usually arrive within 3 to 10 business days after shipping. This does not include weekends, holidays, or potential delays caused by the courier (such as weather, traffic, or other local issues).

All orders are shipped via Korea Post EMS Premium (UPS partnership) with full insurance coverage and a tracking number, ensuring safe delivery to your door.

Can I Cancel or Update My Order?

  • We’re committed to getting your order shipped out as quickly as possible, so we may not be able to guarantee any changes or cancellations once your order is placed. If you need help, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team — we’ll do our best to assist you.

  • For monogrammed or engraved items, once the order has been submitted, we’re unable to cancel or make any changes to it.

What is the Return Policy?

We offer 14-day returns, starting from the day the shipment is delivered. You must send your return within 14 days of the delivery date.

Once you submit your return request, you will receive a detailed email with further instructions.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and warranty card included)
  • Orders must be returned from the same country which they were originally purchased in.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.

Can I Exchange My Item?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend requesting a return for your original item and then placing a new order. Once we receive and process your return at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

What is 3-Year Warranty?

At Naomi Jewelry, we’re committed to delivering pieces that are free from quality issues. We take great care to ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a piece with a defect, please chat with our Customer Experience Team or email us at contact@naomijwly.com so we can help you right away.

We take pride in the quality of our jewelry and provide a complimentary 3-year warranty on all jewelry purchases.

This 3-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality-related concerns.

  • We will handle any repairs for manufacturing or quality issues at no charge.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost when sending the item to us, and we will cover the return shipping cost after the repair is complete.
  • However, repairs needed due to everyday wear or accidental damage will incur a fee. We’ll provide you with the estimated cost before starting any work.
  • Our jewelers carefully review each piece, and no work will begin without your confirmation of the estimated cost.
  • All repairs and inspections require you to ship the item to the address provided in the email instructions. Naomi Jewelry is not responsible for any issues that may arise during transit.
  • After 3 years, we’re still happy to assist with repairs for a fee, including any taxes and shipping costs.
  • If you choose not to proceed with the repair after receiving the estimated cost, the shipping cost to return the item to you will also need to be paid by the customer.
  • Please note that this warranty does not cover resizing or lost or stolen pieces.
  • If any work is done by anyone other than Naomi Jewelry, this warranty will no longer apply.
