환불 정책

We offer 14-day returns, starting from the day the shipment is delivered. You must send your return within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Requirements
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and warranty card included)
- Orders must be returned from the same country which they were originally purchased in.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.

To request a return, please log in to your account and go to the “Order returns” section at the bottom of the order details page.

Return Instructions
Once you request a return, we’ll email you a prepaid DHL return label. Please pack your item securely in its original packaging, and print and attach the return label clearly to the outside of the box. To prevent damage during transit, we recommend covering the label with clear tape or placing it in a protective sleeve.

After packing, you may either:
1. Drop off the package at a DHL drop-off location, or
2. Schedule a pickup using the “Schedule a Pickup” link included in the email.

Return shipping fee: $40 USD
This amount will be deducted from your refund once the return is approved.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend requesting a return for your original item and then placing a new order. Once we receive and process your return at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
