Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. We offer free shipping on all orders!

We ship to the following countries:

South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, United States, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan.

We don't ship to other countries at the moment, but we're working to expand our shipping network so we can deliver our products to more countries and customers in the future. We're committed to providing a smooth and satisfying delivery experience, so we appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

What are the Shipping Fees and Delivery Timeline?

  • We offer free shipping on all orders!
  • Delivery times shown do not include the order processing period. All items are made to order, and the crafting time typically takes 5 to 10 business days. If there are any delays, we will inform you by email.
  • Orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days after shipping. This does not include weekends, holidays, or potential delays caused by the courier (such as weather, traffic, or other local issues).

All orders are shipped via DHL Express with full insurance coverage and a tracking number, ensuring safe delivery to your door.

Can I Cancel or Update My Order?

  • We’re committed to getting your order shipped out as quickly as possible, so we may not be able to guarantee any changes or cancellations once your order is placed. If you need help, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team — we’ll do our best to assist you.

  • For monogrammed or engraved items, once the order has been submitted, we’re unable to cancel or make any changes to it.

What is the Return Policy?

We offer 14-day returns, starting from the day the shipment is delivered. You must send your return within 14 days of the delivery date.

Once you submit your return request, you will receive a detailed email with further instructions.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and warranty card included)
  • Orders must be returned from the same country which they were originally purchased in.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.

Can I Exchange My Item?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend requesting a return for your original item and then placing a new order. Once we receive and process your return at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

What is 3-Year Warranty?

At Naomi Seoul, we take great care to ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a piece with a defect, please chat with our Customer Experience Team or email us at contact@naomijwly.com so we can help you right away.

Every Naomi Seoul piece comes with a 3-year complimentary warranty for manufacturing defects.

  • Repairs for manufacturing defects are provided at no charge.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for inspection or repair.
  • Repairs needed due to everyday wear, accidental damage, or resizing are not covered, but we are happy to assist for a service fee.

Please note that the warranty becomes void if any work is performed by someone other than Naomi Jewelry.

After 3 years, we’re still happy to help with repairs for a fee, including taxes and shipping.
