All Naomi Jewelry orders will be shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means that any applicable duties and taxes will be automatically calculated and included at checkout, ensuring a smooth delivery experience with no additional charges upon delivery.

- Delivery times shown do not include the order processing period. All items are made to order, and the crafting time typically takes 5 to 10 business days. If there are any delays, we will inform you by email.
- Orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days after shipping. This does not include weekends, holidays, or potential delays caused by the courier (such as weather, traffic, or other local issues).
All orders are shipped via DHL Express with full insurance coverage and a tracking number, ensuring safe delivery to your door.
