Returns & Exchanges

What is the Return Policy?

We offer 14-day returns, starting from the day the shipment is delivered. You must send your return within 14 days of the delivery date.

Once you submit your return request, you will receive a detailed email with further instructions.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and warranty card included)
  • Orders must be returned from the same country which they were originally purchased in.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.

Return Process & Refunds

Once you have submitted your return request online, you will get a Return Authorization email. Currently, we only offer self-postage returns, so please make sure to carefully double-check the return address provided in the email to avoid any misdeliveries.

Self-postage Returns: A return slip will be emailed to you. Please include this slip in your package and send the return using your preferred shipper within 14 days from your return authorization date.

  • Once we receive and check your return, we will notify you know as soon as your refund has been processed. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date that your return package information shows delivered.
  • Please note that it might take an extra 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
  • For Self-postage Returns, all return shipping costs, reverse duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We also recommend insuring your package and contacting our Customer Service team at contact@naomijwly.com with your tracking number after you have shipped it.

Can I Exchange My Item?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend requesting a return for your original item and then placing a new order. Once we receive and process your return at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

I Mistakenly Returned the Wrong Item

Please ensure to send back the correct and complete item(s) for your return.  
Due to logistics and customs restrictions, we cannot reship or store non-Naomi Jewelry items mistakenly sent as returns.  
As we cannot verify the origin or ownership of such items, we are not liable for any lost or unclaimed non-Naomi Jewelry products.
