Every Naomi Seoul piece is handcrafted in our Seoul atelier and shipped worldwide via DHL Express, with full insurance and signature on delivery included.
Where we ship
We currently offer worldwide shipping to the following countries:
- North America: Canada, United States
- Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
- Asia-Pacific: Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam
- Middle East: Israel, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates

Complimentary worldwide shipping is included on every order, with no minimum.
Production and delivery timeline
Every piece is made to order in our Seoul atelier. Here's how your order finds its way to you:
- Crafted: 5–15 business days
- Shipped via DHL Express: 1–5 business days
- Delivered: at your door, fully insured and signed for
In total, please allow approximately 2–4 weeks from the day you place your order to the day it arrives.
Delivery times refer to transit only and exclude the production period, weekends, public holidays, and any delays caused by the courier (weather, customs clearance, traffic, or other local issues). If we anticipate any unexpected delays, we'll notify you by email.
Customs, duties, and import taxes
All Naomi Seoul orders ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means all applicable duties, taxes, and VAT are already included in the product price you see at checkout.
There will be no additional charges at checkout or upon delivery — the amount you pay is the final amount, and nothing further is owed when your parcel arrives.
Please note: the duties and taxes built into your product price are non-refundable on returns.
Insurance and signature on delivery
Every international order is fully insured during transit and requires a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, DHL will leave a notice and reattempt delivery, or hold the parcel at a nearby DHL service point for collection.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships from Seoul, you'll receive an email with your DHL tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. You can also track your order anytime through the Track Order link on our website by entering your order details.
If you don't receive a tracking email within 2 business days of dispatch, please check your spam folder or email contact@naomijwly.com with your order number.
Order changes and cancellations
Because every piece is made to order and we begin crafting promptly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need help, please contact our Customer Experience Team as soon as possible at contact@naomijwly.com and we'll do our best to assist.
For monogrammed, engraved, or otherwise personalized items, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once submitted, as production begins immediately.
Wrong shipping address
If you've entered the wrong shipping address, please email contact@naomijwly.com right away with your order number. The sooner we hear, the better the chances:
- Before dispatch: we'll update the address at no charge.
- After dispatch: we may be able to request an in-transit address correction through DHL. A small carrier fee applies.
If a parcel is successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are unable to refund or replace it. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Lost or damaged in transit
If DHL tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, your parcel arrives damaged, or it's marked delivered but you haven't received it, please email contact@naomijwly.com within 14 days of the issue with your order number.
For damaged parcels, please also include:
- Clear photos of the outer packaging and the item
- The original packaging — please hold on to it until the claim is resolved, as DHL may request an inspection
We'll open a claim with DHL right away. Once it's approved, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
